About If They Fight

The premise of this site is simple. Frankly, I'm not even sure why you're checking the about page. It should be pretty obvious what it's about from the title. But whatever.

Each week, I'm going to post about a couple of people we've all heard of. I'm going to research them. Break down their key weaknesses and strengths. And then I'm going to ask you, if they fight, who would win? Whose ass would get kicked?

Why?

It should be pretty clear to everybody by now that end is near. Melting icecaps, nuclear proliferation, the ballooning federal deficit, Jersey Shore, etc. If our civilization were a loaf of bread at a supermarket, some minimum wage employee would have already taken it off the shelf and put it in the box of expired food items that goes to homeless shelter.

I don't know what exactly will finally push us completely over the edge, but I do know that it will be ugly when it happens. Chaos, anarchy, no cable TV.

We'll all fall back to something instinctual in our makeup. (I've seen clips of Mad Max so I know what I'm talking about, trust me.) We will form tribe-like groups, cohesive units whose main purpose is security. So the most important decision you will make each day is who do you want kicking ass on your side?
